FINE ARTS NIGHT
Fine Arts Night is a celebration of creativity and talent at Western Intermediate School. Students showcase their artwork, musical performances, physical education events, and fun STEM projects for families and the community to enjoy. This special evening highlights the importance of our Fine Arts classes in education and gives students the opportunity to shine in a setting that celebrates imagination, expression, and hard work.
WACKY OLYMPICS
Wacky Olympics is Western Intermediate’s version of a traditional track and field day—filled with fun, laughter, and teamwork! Students participate in a variety of unique, active challenges designed to build collaboration, sportsmanship, and school spirit. The day brings our entire school community together to celebrate movement, cooperation, and a little friendly competition.
JUMP ROPE FOR HEART
Jump Rope for Heart is a meaningful event that combines fitness, fun, and philanthropy. Students participate in jump rope activities to raise awareness and support for heart health while promoting the importance of physical activity and giving back to others. It’s a favorite day that reminds everyone that even small actions can make a big difference.
STUDENT PERFORMANCES
Throughout the year, students at Western Intermediate have the opportunity to share their musical and performing talents with the community. Each November, classes take part in a Veterans Day performance, which is recorded and shared as a heartfelt tribute to those who have served. In December, students spread holiday cheer through our Holiday performance, a festive tradition that brings together families and showcases the joy of the season through music and song
